Meet Melissa
Before my entry into real estate, I was very successful in the healthcare corporate arena rising from an entry-level position to Assistant Vice-President where I was responsible for and had oversight of the revenue cycle operations for the NE, SE, and Midwest regions of a national healthcare company. I had the privilege of participating in the growth of this company from 4 physician offices in Dallas to over 250 offices across the country. It was in these 12 corporate years of experience that I learned the significance of result-oriented work, integrity, and ongoing innovation.
Fast forward to when I began my real estate career in October 2004, where I was tenacious in perfecting my client business plans and marketing strategies that would result in achieving the highest level of client service I could deliver each time and without compromise. I was fortunate that my previous corporate experience coupled with my real estate education led to a very successful first year in real estate, earning Rookie of the Year in 2005 for the D/FW area for another Coldwell Banker company.
I also pursued a greater level of coursework beyond the typical Realtor®, earning my real estate broker’s license which enhanced my knowledge and expertise beyond my years of experience. Since then, my experience and expertise include corporate relocation moves, global luxury sales, and new home sales. I even served as the managing broker of the Coldwell Banker Frisco office for 5 years expanding my real estate experience base into the corporate real estate realm.
Regardless, as the real estate market environment is always changing, my business practices evolve as I continue to innovate to ensure my clients’ services and results stay well above the norm. It’s a good thing I thrive in a dynamic and changing environment!
For me, my success is the continued repeat business I receive from previous clients, their families, and their referrals. As always, I am grateful to have a new client that reaches out to me simply by finding me online or through other means. In the end, I love that real estate provides me an opportunity to work and get to know people that perhaps I would not have met otherwise.
A rewarding life is a wealth of experiences and those that come from my work life are no different and have been and will continue to be a large part of my life. If I haven’t served you in the past, I look forward to the opportunity to earn your business and help you with your real estate needs both locally and beyond the D/FW area.
